ACTION ON SMOKING & HEALTH
Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) envisions a world free of tobacco-related damage, disease and death. This is accomplished by taking action to educate the public and decision makers, track the tobacco industry, and work for sensible public policies at the local, national and global levels.
ASH works closely with its allies to ensure that the public health community addresses the tobacco epidemic in a unified and coherent manner. ASH is not anti-smoker — it is anti-tobacco. ASH is a leader in this movement and has been since its inception in 1967. ASH is a nonprofit that thinks locally and acts globally.
American Cancer Society
The American Cancer Society is a global grassroots force of 2.5 million volunteers saving lives and fighting for every birthday threatened by every cancer in every community. As the largest voluntary health organization, the Society's efforts have contributed to a 20 percent decline in cancer death rates in the U.S. since 1991, and a 50 percent drop in smoking rates. Thanks in part to the Society's progress, nearly 14 million Americans who have had cancer and countless more who have avoided it will celebrate more birthdays this year. ACS is determined to finish the fight against cancer. Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids
The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids is a leading force in the fight to reduce tobacco use and its deadly toll in the United States and around the world. The organization works to save lives by advocating for public policies that prevent kids from smoking, help smokers quit and protect everyone from secondhand smoke, to create a future free of the death and disease caused by tobacco. In the United States, the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids advocates at the national, state and local levels for the proven policies that reduce tobacco use and save lives. Internationally, the Campaign supports governments and non-governmental organizations in promoting and implementing these policies.

Teens Who Don't...Anti-Tobacco Youth Coalition
Teens Who Don’t… (TWD) is a youth leadership program established through the collaboration between the Office of the State Superintendent of Education-Division of Wellness and Nutrition Services and the Department of Health-Tobacco Control Program. TWD engages youth in tobacco control and prevention by providing them with the opportunity to gain skills and authority to make decisions that help improve the policy environment, change social norms, and reduce smoking initiation and consumption in their communities.
Tobacco Free College Campus Initiative
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) created the Tobacco-Free College Campus Initiative (TFCCI) to promote and support the adoption and implementation of tobacco-free policies at universities, colleges, and other institutions of higher learning across the United States. TFCCI is a partnership of HHS, the American College Health Association and the University of Michigan, with lead sponsorship from the American Legacy Foundation. The Initiative collaborates closely with academic leaders, public health advocates, students, researchers, and other concerned citizens across the U.S. to accelerate the elimination of tobacco use on college campuses everywhere.

Truth Initiative® is America’s largest non-profit public health organization dedicated to making tobacco use a thing of the past.
